Abstract
Abstract The preparation of metal salts of alkylhydroxyphenyl-propionic acid is described. The metal salts are useful as stabilizers of organic materials which are subject to thermal, oxidative and actinic deterioration. A typical embodiment is manganese 3(3'',5''-di-t-butyl-4''hydroxyphenyl)propionate.
