Abstract A REFILLABLE AEROSOL DISPENSER COMPRISES A CONTAINER FOR A MIXTURE OF LIQUID AND A GASEOUS PROPELLANT FOR DISPENSING THE SAME. THE CONTAINER HAS AN UPPER WALL AND A BOTTOM WALL. A DISPENSING VALVE IS PROVIDED IN THE UPPER WALL FOR DISPENSING THE MIXTURE WHEN OPERATED, AND A SEPARATE INLET VALVE IS PROVIDED IN THE BOTTOM WALL AND OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY OF THE DISPENSING VALVE FOR ADMITTING GASEOUS PROPELLANT INTO THE CONTAINER.
