Abstract

Abstract A temperature compensation circuit for stabilizing the output voltage of a regulated power supply. The regulator includes an output-shunting zener diode and a feedback transistor for controlling the regulator. The compensation circuit has a Darlington pair connected to the feedback transistor to form a differential amplifier. An adjustable voltage divider, connected across the regulated output, maintains a constant voltage on the input of the Darlington pair.
