Abstract
Abstract The specification discloses a liquid metering and dispensing attachment for dispensing given amounts of fluid when the unit price varies. The amount of flow in value as measured in dollars and cents is translated into degrees of rotation by means of an extensible and retractable computing means. The flow of liquid through the device spins a turbine and the amount of liquid dispensed is also translated thereby into degrees of rotation. When the two are equal, a snap action valve is released thereby shutting off the flow of liquid.
