Abstract
Abstract A hermetically sealed packaging container for a solid electrolyte cell, in which the container has two walls spaced and insulated from each other, and arranged to provide and serve as separate electrical contacts for the cell. The sealed container is evacuated, whereby the differential pressure between the evacuated atmosphere within the container and the normal pressure outside of the container will maintain good electrical contact between the two walls and the anode and the cathode materials.
