A transparent cover is provided with a central discharge opening above the center post for discharge of balls therethrough. Air jets from exteriorly accessible flexible bulbs discharging through the seating openings are available for impelling the balls toward the discharge openings. The balls are introduced into the space between the cover and the floor so that they arrive at the seating openings in a chance arrangement.
