CERTAIN NOVEL ALKYL 3CHLORO RING-SUBSTITUTD RESORCYLIC ACID ESTERS WHICH GIVE TO FRAGANCES NATURAL AND DISTINCTLY OAKMOSS OR MOUSSELIKE NOATES ARE OBTAINED.
