Abstract A SOLID STATE ELECTRIC CELL HAVING A SOLID ELECTROYLTE, DISPOSED BETWEEN AN ANODE AND A CATHODE, AND WHEREIN SOLID ELECTROLYTE MATERIAL IS DISPERSED IN AT LEAST THE ANODE, AND PREFERABLY IN BOTH THE ANODE AND THE CATHODE. PREFERABLY THE DISPERSED ELECTROLYTE MATERIAL IS OF SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME COMPOSITION AS THE MATERIAL OF THE SOLID STATE ELECTROLYTE.
