Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to power tools, for example, a hand operated jig saw, having a housing of heat sensitive plastics material. A heat insulating layer of duroplastics is arranged intermediate the points of contact between said housing and members of the tool which are subject to heat-up during the operation of the tool, especially the bearing means such as a sleeve bearing.
