Abstract A FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC COMPOSITE HAS TWO TYPES OF FIBERS. ONE TYPE OF FIBER IS A FERROUS FIBER, OR A FERROUS FIBER HAVING A METALLIC COATING. THE SECOND CONSISTS OF A METAL HAVING A GREATER ELECTRO NEGATIVITY THAN IRON, OR A FERROUS FIBER COATED WITH SUCH A METAL.
