Abstract A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DUSTING A TACKY OBJECT UTILIZES IMPELLER MEANS AND GUIDE MEANS TO MOVE AIR UPWARDLY AT A PREDETERMINED VELOCITY, AND MEANS FOR INJECTING SMALL DUST PARTICLES INTO THE UPWARD AIR DRAFT TO FORM A STATIONARY CLOUD OF DUST PARTICLES SUPPORTED BY THE DRAFT. AN OBJECT TO BE DUSTED, SUCH AS RUBBER GLOVES, IS PLACED IN THE UPWARD AIR DRAFT AND STATIONARY CLOUD TO BE COATED WITH A FINE, UNIFORM FILM OF DUST PARTICLES.
