Abstract
Abstract The production of 5-aminopyrazoles by reaction of malonodialdehyde dioxime with nitrous acid followed by reaction of the product thus obtained with a hydrazine compound. The compounds which can be prepared by the process according to the invention are valuable starting materials for the production of dyes and pesticides.
