Abstract
Abstract Application of resinous organic coatings onto non-conductive surfaces by electrodeposition is accomplished by first applying on the surface a layer of conductive particles in a carrier and then employing the surface as an electrode in an electrodeposition coating process to deposit a resinous coating on the surface. Carbon or metal particles can be used in the conductive layer and any electrodepositable resinous film-forming coating composition can be utilized in the process.
