Abstract THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A TITANIUM DIOXIDE PIGMENT COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED PROPERTIES WHEN USED IN POLYAMIDE PRINTING INKS. THE COMPOSITION OF THE INSTANT INVENTION COMPRISES TITANIUM DIOXIDE PIGMENT PARTICLES COATED WITH SMALL BUT EFFECTIVE AMOUNTS OF THE NONANOIC ACID SALT OF TRIETHANOLAMINE AND THE PROPIONIC ACID SALT OF TRIETHANOLAMINE.
