Abstract
Abstract A method for polymerization of fluorine-containing haloolefins which comprises subjecting one or more kinds of polymerizable fluorine-containing haloolefins to suspension polymerization in an aqueous medium in the presence of di(perchlorofluoroacyl) peroxide of the formula: WHEREIN N IS AN INTEGER OF 1 TO 10. Compared with known organic peroxides, the polymerization initiator of the present invention is advantageous in affording polymers of high molecular weight in excellent yields.
