Abstract Method of producing a spliced pictorial on transparent plastic film for application to large internally illuminated signs involving the steps of sectionalizing the pictorial, appropriately four-color printing each sectional while leaving a different two-color border on each of adjacent sectionals, and overlap splicing adjacent borders in registry to provide an inconspicious splice.
