Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 54 words
The article of manufacture of claim 1, wherein the chromium content is at least about 15 per cent and wherein the dispersoid ranges from about 0.05 to 10 volume per cent of the total composition, said wrought shape containing less than 5 volume per cent of segregated regions exceeding 1 micron in minimum dimension.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 30 words
The article of manufacture of claim 1, wherein the composition contains 30 per cent to 75 per cent nickel when the iron content is less than about 45 per cent.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 52 words
The article of manufacture of claim 1, wherein the chromium content ranges by weight from about 15 percent to 40 per cent, the aluminum from about 3 per cent to 20 per cent, and a dispersoid is at a volume loading of about 0.05 to 5 per cent of the total composition.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 36 words
The article of manufacture of claim 4, wherein the dispersoid has an average particle size ranging from about 10 to 1,000 Angstroms, and is selected from the group consisting of yttria, lanthana, ceria, zirconia and thoria.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 41 words
The article of manufacture of claim 1, wherein the composition contains by weight about 31.5 per cent aluminum and approximately 68.5 per cent nickel, the amount of dispersoid ranging from about 0.05 to 5 volume per cent of the total composition.
