Abstract
Abstract Free flowing powdered sugar is prepared by grinding together in a dry, solid state a white pulverized sugar component and an additive in the form of water insoluble sugar cane cellulose, beet sugar cellulose and/or edible wood cellulose, using proportions of said additive corresponding to 1.5 to 4.0 percent by weight of the sugar component, the resultant product having an average particle fineness of 200 to 325 mesh.
