Abstract
Abstract A process for improving the initial igniting properties of a charcoal unit by first impregnating the unit with an inflammable liquid after the temperature of the liquid and charcoal has first been established at a predetermined value and thereafter sealing the liquid within the unit by dipping the latter within a molten solution of high-melting point paraffin wax, then cooling the paraffin coating in such a manner as not to detrimentally affect its appearance or vapor sealing characteristics.
