Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 7
Claim 1
Independent Claim 120 words
In combination a metal wall formed of vertically standing corrugated panels, a bird guard comprising an elongate section of material having a plurality of right angular flange portions thereon registering with said corrugated panels, a coping membEr of inverted U-shape having an inturned flange along one longitudinal edge thereof and a clip for securing the bird guard and coping member to said metal wall, said clip comprising a section of material doubled upon itself and having configurations in one portion thereof for engaging and holding the bird guard and secondary configurations for engaging the inturned flange on the coping, said clip adapted to be hung on the metal wall so as to position the bird guard and coping relative thereto.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 120 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 30 words
The combination set forth in claim 1 and wherein the configurations in the metal clip comprise slits defining vertically spaced tabs and the secondary configurations comprise an out-turned angular flange.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 40 words
The combination set forth in claim 1 and wherein the clip has punched portions offset with respect to the plain of the body of the same for frictionally engaging the metal wall so as to be self-retaining in position thereon.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 109 words
In combination a wall formed of vertically standing panels, a bird guard comprising a horizontal elongated angle member engaging said wall, a coping member of inverted U-shape and a plurality of clips for holding the bird guard and coping member in assembly on the wall, said clips each comprising a section of material doubled upon itself so as to be capable of being hooked over said wall panels, configurations formed in said clips for receiving and holding said bird guard whereby the same is suspended on said wall panels and means on said coping member engaging said clips so as to position the same adjacent thereto in said assembly.
Claim 6
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 21 words
The combination set forth in claim 4 and wherein secondary configurations on said clips engage said means on said coping member.
