Abstract
Abstract A photoelectric converting device comprising a semiconductor substrate in one surface of which there are provided a plurality of junctions in a mosaic arrangement. In the portions of the opposite surface of said substrate which are in registration with and face said junctions is provided means to decrease effectively the surface recombination of minority carriers created due to the introduction of a light.
