Abstract
Abstract Synthetic resins which contain isocyanurate groups, especially foam materials are prepared by polymerization of compounds which contain more than one isocyanate group in the molecule in the presence of mononuclear Mannich bases of secondary amines, formaldehyde and phenols which Mannich bases are capable of incorporation in the polymer molecule and which contain, in addition to a substituted aminomethyl group and a phenolic OH group, at least one other group which contains hydrogen atoms which react with isocyanates.
