Abstract THERE IS PROVIDED A VENTILATOR STRUCTURE INCLUDING A FRAME THAT DEFINES AN OPENING. AN OUTER PANEL EXTENDS DOWNWARDLY FROM THE TOP OF THE OPENING, TERMINATING ABOVE THE BOTTOM OF THE OPENING. AN INNER PANEL EXTENDS UPWARDLY FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE OPENING, TERMINATING BELOW THE TOP OF THE OPENING AND ABOVE THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE OUTER PANEL. A TRANSVERSE, GENERALLY HORIZONTALLY POSITIONED SCREEN EXTENDS BETWEEN THE TWO PANELS.
