Abstract
Abstract Two similar unitary vessels may be used in a refrigeration cycle to freeze solvent from a solution and to melt the frozen solvent crystals. While the first vessel is used for the evaporation step A, the second is used for the condensation step B. Then the cycle is reversed, with the first being used for step B and the second for step A.
