Abstract
Abstract Method for cleaning the surface on which electrostatic latent images are formed and developed. A web of fibrous material is advanced in constant linear increments into rubbing contact with the surface to be cleaned. A combination of loops in the web path enables cleaning two surfaces simultaneously utilizing both sides of the web.
