Abstract An apparatus and system for food preparation wherein a novel tray is loaded with a full course meal, transported within a novel carrier, placed into a novel oven or heating chamber, and portions of the food are heated to an elevated serving temperature while other portions of the foods are maintained at unheated serving temperatures.
