Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 17
Claim 1
Independent Claim 71 words
A molding composition consisting of 10 percent to 70 percent by weight of a binder and from 30 percent to 90 percent by weight of glass flake and glass fiber reinforcement, wherein the glass fibers constitute from 1 percent to 50 percent of said glass reinforcement and wherein said glass fibers are interposed between the glass flakes to facilitate the removal of entrapped vapors between the surfaces of said glass flakes.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 19 words
The molding composition of claim 2 wherein said glass fiber constitutes less than 10 percent of said glass reinforcement.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 13 words
The molding composition of claim 2 wherein the binder is a synthetic resin.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 13 words
The molding composition of claim 2 wherein the binder is a cementitious binder.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 80 words
A reinforced body consisting of from 10 percent to 70 percent by weight of a binder and from 30 percent to 90 percent by weight of glass flake and glass fiber reinforcement wherein said glass fiber constitutes from 1 percent to 50 percent of said glass reinforcement and wherein the glass fibers are interposed between the glass flakes to facilitate the removal of entrapped vapors between the surfaces of said glass flakes prior to the curinG of said reinforced body.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 19 words
A reinforced body of claim 6 wherein said glass fibers constitute less than 10 percent of said glass reinforcement.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 14 words
The reinforced body of claim 6 wherein the said binder is a synthetic resin.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 57 words
A molding composition substantially free of air consisting of from 30 percent to 90 percent by weight of an intimate mixture of glass fiber and glass flake reinforcement wherein said glass fiber comprises from 1 percent to 50 percent by weight of said glass reinforcement, and from 10 percent to 70 percent by weight of a binder.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 19 words
The molding composition of claim 9 wherein said glass fiber constitutes less than 10 percent of said glass reinforcement.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 13 words
The molding composition of claim 9 wherein the binder is a synthetic resin.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 13 words
The molding composition of claim 9 wherein the binder is a cementitious binder.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 50 words
A reinforced body substantially free of air consisting of an intimate admixture of glass fiber and flake glass reinforcement wherein said glass fiber comprises from 1 percent to 50 percent by weight of said glass reinforcement and from 10 percent to 70 percent by weight of a hardened binder composition.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 19 words
The reinforced body of claim 13 wherein said glass fiber constitutes less than 10 percent of said glass reinforcement.
Claim 14
Dependent Claim 81 words
A molding composition consisting of 10 percent to 70 percent by weight of a binder and from 30 percent to 90 percent by weight of a reinforcing mixture of glass flakes and fibrous material, wherein said fibrous material constitutes less than 50 percent of said reinforcing mixture, and wherein said fibrous material is interposed between the glass flakes and is present in an amount sufficient to facilitate the removal of substantially all entrapped vapors between the surfaces of said glass flakes.
Claim 15
Dependent Claim 15 words
The molding composition of claim 22 wherein the fibrous material consists of siliceous inorganic fibers.
Claim 16
Dependent Claim 81 words
A reinforced body consisting of from 10 percent to 70 percent by weight of a binder and from 30 percent to 90 percent by weight of a reinforcing mixture of glass flakes and fibrous material, wherein said fibrous materials constitutes less than 50 percent of said reinforcing mixture, and wherein said fibrous material is interposed between the glass flakes to facilitate the removal of entrapped vapors between the surfaces of said glass flakes prior to the curing of said reinforced body.
Claim 17
Dependent Claim 15 words
The reinforced body of claim 24 wherein the fibrous material consists of siliceous inorganic fibers.
