Abstract
Abstract A tubular carton is provided which has substantially open ends and a bottom wall provided with extension flaps extending from its opposite ends. Each extension flap has a plurality of parallel fold lines defined therein which enable folding thereof to define an end stop used to stop or hold an article carried within the carton against outward movement and each extension flap has a locking tab which locks it in its folded position so that with an article within the carton it is impossible to unfasten either locking tab without damaging its associated extension flap or tearing the carton to thereby define a tamperproof carton.
