A face mask adapted to enclose and protect the user''s face during application of a hair spray, comprising a mask removably fitting and conforming closely to human facial configuration including recesses for the nose, chin protected openings for the eyes and an attachment for holding the mask against the user''s face, said mask including outwardly bulged portions for covering the eyes, each said bulged portion having a viewing opening therethrough and a protective lid extending outwardly and upwardly from the upper edge of the opening in each bulged portion whereby the user can view the hair spraying operation through said openings and the protective lids substantially prevent entry from above of particles of hair spray.
