Abstract A PRECOOKED FOOD PRODUCT WHICH CAN BE STORED UNDER REFRIGERATION AND PREPARED FOR SERVING BY A BRIEF REHEATING IS PREPARED FROM POULTRY BY A COMBINATION OF MICROWAVE, STEAM AND OIL COOKING.
