Abstract A METHOD FOR PREPARING COATED RESIN GRANULES WHEREIN A MIXTURE OF RESIN GANULES, A WAX AND A PARTICULATE MATERIAL IS SUBJECTED TO HIGH-INTENSITY BLENDING AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURES AND THE PRODUCT THEREBY. THE PRODUCT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION IS CHARACTERISTICALLY DRY AND SUBSTANTIALLY DUST-FREE. THE W AX WITH THE PARTICULATE SOLID MATERIAL EMBEDDED THEREIN SUBSTANTIALLY UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED OVER THE SURFACES OF INDIVIDUAL RESIN PARTICLES.
