Abstract
Abstract A solid-state light scanning device includes two rodlike crystal of piezoelectric semiconductor material disposed substantially parallel and offset with respect to one another, each provided with electrodes at the opposite ends, and a photoconductor sandwiched between the two crystals to form an integrated unit. Means are also provided to initiate electric fields in said crystals with a predetermined time difference.
