Abstract A SKIN TEMPERATURE SENSING DEVICE INCLUDING AT TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND A HOUSING TO MANIPULATIVELY PRESS SENSOR INTO A PRESELECTED DEGREE OF PRESSURE CONTACT WITH THE SURFACE OF THE SKIN TO MEASURE THE TEMPERATURE THEREOF. THE HOUSING HAS ASSOCIATED INDICATING MEANS TO VISUALLY INDICATE THE DEGREE CONTACT PRESSURE EXTANT BETWEEN SAID TEMPERATURE SENSING MEANS AND THE SKIN SURFACE.
