Abstract
Abstract A system and method for transferring heat between an enclosure and an exterior heat sink. The method involves operating a fuel cell within an enclosure to be cooled, on a fuel selected from hydrogen or hydrazine and an oxidant selected from nitric acid or nitrogen tetroxide and expending the electrical output of the cell in driving an electrical resistance located in an exterior heat sink.
