Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 14
Claim 1
Independent Claim 48 words
The method of transferring poultry from poultry house to a vehicle-mounted bin which comprises in combination, applying suction to said poultry to urge the same into a continuous unobstructed conveying conduit, and then applying air pressure for forcing the poultry along the said conduit and into said bin.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 48 words
The method of transferring poultry from poultry house to a vehicle-mounted bin which comprises in combination, applying suction to said poultry to urge the same into a continuous unobstructed conveying conduit, and then applying air pressure for forcing the poultry along the said conduit and into said bin.
Claim 3
Independent Claim 45 words
The method of transferring poultry from one station to another which comprises in combination, applying suction to said poultry to urge the same into a continuous unobstructed conveying conduit, and then applying air pressure against said poultry for forcing the poultry along the said conduit.
Claim 4
Independent Claim 45 words
The method of transferring poultry from one station to another which comprises in combination, applying suction to said poultry to urge the same into a continuous unobstructed conveying conduit, and then applying air pressure against said poultry for forcing the poultry along the said conduit.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 82 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, a conveying conduit for poultry, said conduit successively having a suction portion and a pressure portion spaced therefrom and being of such sectional dimension as to accommodate poultry; suction means connecting into the suction portion of said conduit for urging poultry into the suction portion of the same; and air pressure means connecting into the pressure portion of said conduit for forcing said poultry along through the pressure portion of the same and out therefrom.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 82 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, a conveying conduit for poultry, said conduit successively having a suction portion and a pressure portion spaced therefrom and being of such sectional dimension as to accommodate poultry; suction means connecting into the suction portion of said conduit for urging poultry into the suction portion of the same; and air pressure means connecting into the pressure portion of said conduit for forcing said poultry along through the pressure portion of the same and out therefrom.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 78 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, conduit means having an inlet end and an outlet end and being of such sectional dimension as to accommodate poultry; suction means connecting with said conduit means intermediate said ends for urging poultry into the same; air pressure means connecting with said conduit means intermediate said ends and further along the same for forcing the poultry along the conduit means; and bin means for receiving the poultry from said conduit means.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 78 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, conduit means having an inlet end and an outlet end and being of such sectional dimension as to accommodate poultry; suction means connecting with said conduit means intermediate said ends for urging poultry into the same; air pressure means connecting with said conduit means intermediate said ends and further along the same for forcing the poultry along the conduit means; and bin means for receiving the poultry from said conduit means.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 86 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, conduit means having an inlet suction end and an outlet end and being of such section as to accommodate poultry; air blower means with suction end and pressure end; and means feeding the suction end of said blOwer into the conduit means intermediate said ends for urging said poultry into the same and feeding the pressure end into said conduit means at a point spaced along the same for urging said poultry along said conduit means and out therefrom.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 86 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, conduit means having an inlet suction end and an outlet end and being of such section as to accommodate poultry; air blower means with suction end and pressure end; and means feeding the suction end of said blOwer into the conduit means intermediate said ends for urging said poultry into the same and feeding the pressure end into said conduit means at a point spaced along the same for urging said poultry along said conduit means and out therefrom.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 85 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, conduit means having an inlet end and an outlet end and being of such section as to accommodate poultry; air blower means spaced from said conduit means and having suction end and pressure end feeding into said conduit means intermediate the ends of the same for receiving the poultry into the inlet end and urging and forcing the poultry along said conduit means; and bin means for receiving the poultry from the outlet end of said conduit means.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 85 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, conduit means having an inlet end and an outlet end and being of such section as to accommodate poultry; air blower means spaced from said conduit means and having suction end and pressure end feeding into said conduit means intermediate the ends of the same for receiving the poultry into the inlet end and urging and forcing the poultry along said conduit means; and bin means for receiving the poultry from the outlet end of said conduit means.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 83 words
Poultry-handling system and apparatus comprising in combination, telescoping conduit means for introducing into a poultry house and being of such cross section as to accommodate poultry, further telescoping conduit means for conveyance to a bin, flexible joint means interconnecting the said two conduit means, and air blower means having a suction connection to said first conduit means on one side of said flexible joint means and a pressure connection to said second conduit means on the other side of said flexible joint means.
Claim 14
