Abstract A PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A GLUCOSE PRODUCT BY SPRAY DRYING. PART OF THE DRIED PRODUCT IS MIXED WITH A SATURATED GLUCOSE SOLUTION AND LEFT STANDING UNTIL A TRANSFORMATION FROM A GRITTY TO A SMOOTH HOMOGENEOUS CONSISTENCY HAS TAKEN PLACE, THEN THE MIXTURE IS RECIRCULATED TO THE SPRAY DRYER.
