Abstract CAMPER UNITS OF THE TYPE CARRIED N A VEHICLE ARE PROVIDED WITH EXTENSIBLE JACKS SECURED TO THE CAMPER AND HAVE PORTIONS MOVABLE SO THAT THE CAMPER MAY BE RAISED OR LOWERED OR SUPPORTED ON THE GROUND INDEPENDENTLY OF THE VEHICLE. SUCH CAMPER MAY BE MADE OF INDEPENDENTLY MOVABLE TELESCOPING SECTIONS AND THE JACKS ARRANGED TO ELEVATE THE SECTIONS EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR AS A UNIT.
