Abstract DISCLOSED IN A UNIJUNCTION TRANSISTOR (UJT) TIME DELAY CIRCUIT WHEREIN A UNIJUNCTION TRANSISTOR IS CHARGED TO ITS PEAK VOLTAGE VP BY A FIELD-EFFECT TRANSISTOR AND IS THEREAFTER FIRED BY A CAPACITOR WHICH IS CHARGED FROM A CONSTANT CURRENT SOURCE. THE CAPACITOR MAY BE CHARGED AT VARIABLE RATES AND DURING LONG TIME DURATIONS IF DESIRED TO FIRE THE UNIJUNCTION TRANSISTOR.
