Abstract END OF THE CONDUCTOR IS GROUNDED DIRECTLY AND THE OTHER END IS GROUNDED THROUGH RESISTANCE SUFFICIENTLY HIGH TO APPEAR OPEN TO THE TEST CIRCUIT. IN A SPARK TESTER AND COILER FOR INSULATED CONDUCTOR, THE CONTINUITY OF THE CONDUCTOR IN EACH COIL IS AUTOMATICALLY TESTED BY MEANS OF A CIRCUIT THAT MAKES ELECTRICAL CONTACT THROUGH THE CUTTING BLADE THAT SEVERS THE COIL.
