THE COMPOSITION IS STABLE IN THE ABSENCE OF MOISTURE BUT CURES TO A GELLED MATERIAL WHEN EXPOSED TO MOISTURE. THE COMPOSITION IS USEFUL AS A RUBBERY MATERIAL, A POTTING COMPOSITION AND AS AN ENCAPSULANT.
