Abstract THE LUBRICITY OF POLYAMIDE FILAMENT CAN BE SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVED WITHOUT SIGNIFICANTLY ALTERING THE APPEARANCE OF THE FILAMENTS BY DISPERSING A SMALL AMOUNT OF A MICROCRYSTALLINE WAX HAVING A REFRACTIVE INDEX GREATER THAN 1.5 AND LESS THAN 1.6 IN THE POLYAMIDE PRIOR TO ITS EXTRUSION IN FILAMENTARY FORM.
