Abstract A METHOD OF REDUCING MANGANESE CONTAINING DEPOSITS FORMED ON THE SURFACES OF JET ENGINES FROM BURNING FUEL CONTAINING ORGANOMANGANESE COMPOUND AS A SMOKE REDUCER IS DESCRIBED. THE DEPOSITS ARE REDUCED BY ADDING AN ANTIMONY COMPOUND TO THE ORGANOMANGANESE CONTAINING FUEL.
