Abstract THE METHOD OF THE INVENTION CONTEMPLATES EMPLOYMENT OF COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE CYLINDRICAL THERMOPLASTIC TUBING, AS OF CELLULOSE ACETATE BUTYRATE, VINYL (PVC), POLYETHYLENE, OR POLYCARBONATE. THE TUBING IS CUT TO DESIRED LENGTH, AND ONE END IS GENERALLY SPHERICALLY ROUNDED IN A TAPER EXTENDING INWARDLY TO DEFINE A CENTRAL OPENING WITHIN WHICH AN INSERT (WHICH MAY BE FLAT OR OF ESSENTIALLY THE SAME CURVATURE) IS INSERTED AND SEALED.
