Abstract POLYURETHANE CONDOMS OF IMPROVED PINHOLE RESISTANCE YET WITH THICKNESS OF LESS THAN 50 MICRONS ARE PREPARED BY ALTERNATELY DIPPING, AT CONTROLLED SPEED, A CONDOM MOLE IN A POLYURETHANE PREPOLYMER SOLUTION AND A CURING SOLUTION, SAID PREPOLYMER SOLTUIN BEING OF CONTROLLED NCO/OH RATION, MOLECULAR WEIGHT, VISCOSITY AND CONCENTRATION. THE ALTERNATE DIPPING IS PERFORMED FROM 3 TO 6 TIMES.
