Photosensitive resin composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enhance alkali resistance, electric insulating property, mechanical strength, etc. by using a composition composed of a polymerizable monomer having a specified terminal acrylate or methacrylate group or/and its oligomer, a polymer, and a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises the polymerizable monomer having the terminal acrylate or methacrylate group represented by formula I or/and its oligomer (a), the polymer (b), and the photopolymerization initiator (c) in a weight proportion (a):(b):(c) of (4-50):(95-30):(1-20) based on the total weight of 100. In formula I, each of X1-X6 is 1-3C alkyl or one of groups represented by formulae II and III; R1 is H or methyl; Y is an isocyanate residue; and at least one of X1-X6 is a group of formula II, thus permitting the obtained composition to be superior in alkali resistance, soldering heat resistance, insulating property, mechanical strength, surface hardness, etc.
