Exposure adjusting device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To adjust exposure with small noise without influencing other equipment by constituting a light source of a large scale lamp and a small scale lamp and controlling a voltage impressed on the small scale lamp in terms of phase based on the illuminance of an original. CONSTITUTION:The lamps 28 and 30, on which the voltage is impressed from a light source part 32, are lighted and the light is radiated to the original 16 through a slit 10. At such a time, the illuminance of the original at the time when the lamps 28 and 30 irradiate the original 16 is varied according to the variation of the impressed voltage. Then, the reflected light from the original 16, that is, the exposure to the film is varied. Supposing that the lamp 28 is the small scale lamp, the voltage impressed on the lamp 28 is controlled in terms of phase based on the illuminance of the original detected by a detector 40 by means of a control part 36. Thus, the noise which is caused at the time of executing the control of phase splitting are reduced and the exposure can be adjusted without influencing other equipment.
