Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an insertion hole with high concentricity at an enclosure, by interposing resin of hole molding material at the tip of a ferrule made of ceramic, etc., in which an inner hole is sintered, and applying hole precision working by using a master having a hole diameter with the high concentricity. CONSTITUTION:High circularity is attached on the outer periphery 2 of the ferrule 1 made of ceramic, and it remains as its inner hole 3 is sintered. The enclosure 4 is interposed at the tip of the inner hole 3. Precision finishing is applied on a cylindrical sleeve guide 6, and the ferrule 1 is inserted to the guide, and the master 7 is inserted from another side. The outer peripheral plane 21 of the master 7 and the outer peripheral plane 2 of the ferrule 1 are positioned on the same surface of the sleeve 6. The hole diameter with precise concentricity is molded on the master 7, and printing easy to react to a beam of light on the surface of the enclosure is performed by sliding a tool 51 for piercing a hole in the hole diameter. Next, etching is applied by adding the beam of light, then the insertion hole with high concentricity can be obtained.
