System for feeding to ultrasonic motor or the like

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable specified ultrasonic wave motors only to be driven with simple wiring, by connecting a plurality of the ultrasonic wave motors of different resonance frequency to ring-formed bus lines, and by feeding the power of some resonance frequency from a high-frequency AC power source. CONSTITUTION:When a plurality of ultrasonic wave motors or ultrasonic actuators 1a-8a are used, then each resonance frequency of the respective ultrasonic wave motors or the like 1a-8a is set to be respectively different from. A plurality of the ultrasonic wave motors or the like 1a-8a are connected to ring-formed bus lines 10a, 10b. Then, to the ring-formed bus lines 10a, 10b, from a high-frequency AC power source 12 and a frequency converter 11, the power of the same frequency as that of some resonance frequency is fed. As a result, even if the motors are connected to a pair of the same ring-formed bus lines, the only ultrasonic wave motors of the resonance frequency accommodated to each other are to be driven, and the work of wiring can be simplified.
