Composite parts comprising piezoelectric resonator and capacitor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To constitute a composite parts comprising a piezoelectric resonator and a capacitor by a few number of parts by laminating an inductor to both faces of a piezoelectric vibrator with electrodes interposed thereto and using the inductor also as a case. CONSTITUTION:1st and 2nd outer electrodes 21, 22 of cap shape whose end face is used as a bottom plate are fitted to both side ends of a laminator 20 formed as a sandwich where dielectric bases 12, 13 are placed at both sides of a piezoelectric base 11 as their center. The piezoelectric base 11 and 1st and 2nd internal electrodes 25, 26 placed at its both side faces form a piezoelectric vibrator 3, the 1st dielectric base 12, an outer electrode 23 and the inner electrode 25 placed at both the side faces form a 1st capacitor 4, and the 2nd dielectric base 13 and an outer electrode 23 and the inner electrode 26 placed at both the side faces form a 2nd capacitor 5 respectively. Thus, the composite parts comprising the piezoelectric resonator whose lengthwise size is decreased and the capacitors is realized.
