Journal output system
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively use an external storage device, by buffering a new journal following a journal, which is outputted before a buffer is filled up, and overwriting contents of the journal buffer in the preceding output position on the external storage device at the time of the occurrence of the next output factor. CONSTITUTION:If an output factor occurs before a journal buffer 1 is filled up, contents of the journal buffer 1 including an unused part are outputted to an external storage device 20. A new journal acquired thereafter is buffered in a journal buffer 2 following the journal which is outputted before filling-up of the journal buffer. When the next output factor occurs, contents of the journal buffer 2 are outputted to be overwritten in the preceding output position on the external storage device 20. Thus, acquired journals are sequentially stored on the external storage device finally, and there are not unused parts on the external storage device.
